06/02/2020 Philip Konopik, Country Manager, Ireland at Visa; Anna Earley Corporate Account Executive at Focus Ireland, Wendy Glennon Campaigns Officer at Focus Ireland, Richard Guiney, CEO of DublinTown and Celine Gilmer from Starbucks pictured at the presentation of €7,000 raised by DublinTown and Visa for charities with their new ‘Tap to Give for Good’ partnership. Additionally, 1,000 toys were donated to Focus Ireland to distribute to children without a home, using €7,500 in funds donated by Starbucks. For Christmas 2019, DublinTown and Visa joined forces to create a ‘Tap to Give for Good’ festive charitable partnership which made it easy and fun for Dublin City visitors to give to deserving children and family charitable organisations during the festive season and into the new year. Donations were made through contactless devices powered by Visa, and hosted in participating businesses, and the DublinTown Visa ‘Tap to Give for Good’ Christmas Bus.
