05/09/2021 Breast Cancer Ireland calls on people all over the world to ‘Join Its Pink Tribe and Turn the Globe Pink’
Pictured is Elaine Crowley, Breast Cancer Ireland and Great Pink Run Ambassador, at the launch of this year’s virtual Great Pink Run with Glanbia, supported by Joe Duffy Group which takes place on the weekend of 16th & 17th October, and will raise vital funds for pioneering Breast Cancer Ireland research and awareness programmes across Ireland. The aim of the 2021 event is to effectively ‘turn the globe pink’, with registrations for the national family focussed event open on www.greatpinkrun.ie, and participants from all over the world being encouraged to collectively run, walk, jog (or even scoot!) the equivalent of the circumference of the globe over the course of the event.
