28/05/2022 Pictured at the Jack and Jill 25th Anniversary Family Day in Palmerstown House in Naas today is Charlie aged 8 and Luke Cliffe aged 4 from Cork with sergeant David Fox . The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is a nationwide charity that funds and provides in-home nursing care, respite support and end-of-life care for children with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay and highly complex medical conditions in communities across Ireland, up to the age of six. Over 2,700 families have been supported by Jack and Jill over the past 25 years, and with more families than ever currently under its care, Jack and Jill is asking for public support to keep this vital service going.
