Claire Mulligan, Bobby McCormick aged 1 and a half years old from Cavan with Geraldine Quinn and Lucia aged 1 and half years old from Galway . The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is a nationwide charity that funds and provides in-home nursing care, respite support and end-of-life care for children with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay and highly complex medical conditions in communities across Ireland, up to the age of six. Over 2,700 families have been supported by Jack and Jill over the past 25 years, and with more families than ever currently under its care, Jack and Jill is asking for public support to keep this vital service going.
