16/01/2018. Paws up as the Dublin Chinese New Year Festival 2018 celebrates The Year of The Dog. A display of 25 beautifully coloured Chinese umbrellas surrounded traditional Chinese dancer Yuping Chen and a host of children alongside a stunning Chinese lion and two friendly dogs to launch the Dublin Chinese New Year Festival 2018(DCNYF) in the Chester Beatty Library, Dublin Castle today.
